ThinkUp is an AI-powered parenting and education tool operated by Ana Ritter / AskAnaTech, East Meadow, NY, United States ("we", "us", or "our"). The service is accessible at thinkupkids.app.
ThinkUp helps parents, guardians, and educators reframe everyday conflicts with children into critical thinking opportunities using AI-generated questions tailored to a child's developmental age.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use ThinkUp. By using ThinkUp you confirm that:
ThinkUp is not intended for use by children. Children should not create accounts or use the app directly.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.
The free plan includes 5 AI reframes per month and 1 child profile. Free plan limits reset on the first day of each calendar month.
ThinkUp Pro is a paid subscription that provides unlimited AI reframes, unlimited child profiles, and full Growth Journal history. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($39.99/year).
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time and your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at privacy@thinkupkids.app within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of ThinkUp Pro after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
ThinkUp uses artificial intelligence to generate parenting and educational suggestions. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice.
ThinkUp is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical provider. The questions and suggestions generated by ThinkUp are for informational and educational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular situation. You are solely responsible for how you use the suggestions provided by ThinkUp with the children in your care.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
ThinkUp and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the name, logo, design, text, and AI prompts — are owned by Ana Ritter / AskAnaTech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as scenario descriptions). By submitting content you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the ThinkUp service to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from ThinkUp without our written permission.
ThinkUp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ana Ritter / AskAnaTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ThinkUp, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of ThinkUp shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@thinkupkids.app. Upon deletion we will remove your data within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service. If we terminate your account without cause we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused Pro subscription time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau County, New York.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ThinkUp after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
