When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication credentials via Google OAuth or email/password sign-in.
You may create profiles for children in your care. These profiles contain a first name or nickname, an age group, and optional notes. This information is entered by you, not the child.
We log the reframing scenarios you submit and the age group selected. This powers your Growth Journal and usage limit tracking.
If you subscribe to ThinkUp Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. We store only your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription status.

ThinkUp is designed for use by parents, guardians, and educators. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

As the account holder, you have the right to review, correct, or delete any child profile data at any time within the app. To request complete deletion of all data, contact us at privacy@thinkupkids.app. We will process your request within 30 days.

Your data is stored in Supabase's secure cloud infrastructure. We implement row-level security so that each user can only access their own data. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe and we never see or store your full payment details.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.

ThinkUp uses cookies and local storage solely for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. When you sign in, a session cookie is set to keep you logged in.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ThinkUp after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
